In such a situation, if any MP uses such words, appropriate action can be taken against him.
Can Owaisi be made a member of Parliament?
However, Asaduddin Owaisi’s case is a little different, this is the first time that an MP has raised a slogan of another country in the Lok Sabha. In such a situation, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju has also given a statement. According to the report published in Mint, he has said that we have no enmity with Palestine or any other country. Let us tell you that there is an Ethics Committee in both the houses of Parliament. Which keeps an eye on the ethical conduct of the leaders. If this committee recommends that a particular member is breaking the dignity of the House, or is breaking the decorum in public life, then in extreme cases the membership can also be lost.
